FORT tech support asks me for a login, password, API keys or something else

This is not FORT Support!
These are scammers!

FORT support and our other employees never ask for your logins/passwords and API keys. We won’t be calling you by phone. And we will not write messages to messengers.
We do not ask you to transfer money to a card or something else to pay for FORT services. All payments are made strictly through the FORT personal account.
We do not send any requests for any documents to anyone. None at all! We do not send anything by paper mail. And we do not ask you to send us paper documents in response. We do not send our couriers to you and do not accept strangers.
We do not request any information about your currency, accounts, electronic and real wallets. We do not ask you to pay for anything with cryptocurrency. We do not send any invoices for payment. We do not send e-wallet numbers for payment. We do not offer FORT services in exchange for something.
We don’t call on behalf of the bank. We are not a bank at all!
In addition, we do not ask you to pay for the delivery of goods to you from eBay, Amazon, Aliexpress and from other stores, delivery of fiery pizza and kittens – that is not our business 🙂
You are the initiator of communication with technical support, not FORT technical support.
Important news is published on the main page of the site. Perhaps, in special cases, we will send an e-mail with a request to get acquainted with important information on the site. We will try to do without web links, so as not to introduce you into doubts.
In addition, always check which site you are on, a fake site is one of the classic types of fraud!

I doubt that I am corresponding by e-mail with FORT technical support. What to do?

You can send a response not to the address of the sender of the letter, but to the technical support e-mail from the section «Support». Then your answer will definitely get to FORT support.

Two-factor Authentication (2FA, MFA)

To maintain the security of the account, it is recommended:

  1. Change the password periodically
  2. Use the Two-factor Authentication (aka: 2FA, MFA). It provides two-level protection of the account from unauthorized access, which means it makes it more effective.

These functions are located in your personal account, in the «Settings» section «Security».
